Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, all sales are generally final. However: 

  • Customers may request a replacement if they receive the wrong item or a damaged product. 
  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photos or videos.
  • Refunds or replacements will be considered only after review and verification. 
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded. 
  • Herbs by Arike does not guarantee identical results for every customer, as individual responses may vary.
